FLU Vaccination for Over 65s

As we approach Flu season, we're preparing clinics for Flu Vaccinations, starting with patients who are over 65 years of age. If you're eligible, please call into book an appointment when able.

If you believe you may have the Coronavirus, please DO NOT come into the practice. Please visit https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19 to check your symptoms. The website will provide further direction based on your symptoms and travel history.

While we receive guidance from the CCG regarding this, we have temporarily suspended the ability to book appointments online in order to safeguard against spread of the coronavirus. You can still book your appointments by calling reception on 01179549828.

Patient's Rights and Responsibilities

As a patient you have the right to: a) be registered with a named doctor b) change doctor if desired (but please remember that you may have to see any of the doctors if your need is urgent) c) receive emergency care d) receive appropriate drugs and medicines e) be referred for specialist or second opinion if they and GP agrees, f) see your medical records or a copy, subject to certain laws g) know that by law, everyone working for the NHS must keep the contents of your medical records private.

As a practice we have the right to expect that you are: a) courteous to staff at all times b) arrive for your appointment on time c) cancel your appointment with adequate notice.
