Covid-19 update

The Government has asked all GP surgeries to focus on delivering Covid-19 booster vaccinations for the next three weeks to help prevent the spread of the Omicron variant.

We will be diverting as many staff as possible to our vaccine clinics with the aim of delivering as many vaccines as possible before the end of the year.

The practice will remain open as normal, and we will have staff available every day to see you in person if your health issue is considered urgent and cannot wait. This includes anyone who is worried they might have symptoms of cancer. As always, our team will be working hard to prioritise those who are most in need.

We would ask patients to kindly assist us and not contact the surgery about any routine matters until the New Year. If you have a routine appointment booked, we may need to reschedule it for January.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding.

Please see changes in relation to self certification for time taken off work as a result of ill health. Due to Covid 19 the requirement to self certificate has been extended from 7 to 28 days. We will not issue Fit notes (sick notes) before 28 days for a first onset sickness.

Dr Will Kenny-Levick will be leaving us in January 2022. Dr Kenny-Levick has been part of our clinical team for 6 years and will be greatly missed. If you see Dr Kenny-Levick regularly and you wish to see a particular GP going forward, then please let our Reception Team know. We all wish Will all the very best for his future endeavours.

Everyone accessing or visiting the practice must continue to wear a face covering and follow social distancing rules at all times.
